Revoice20 and COVID-19

Updated Tuesday, May 26, 2020

Hello friends,

In our last update about this year’s conference, we let you know we were waiting for updates to stay-at-home and gathering restriction orders before finalizing and announcing the best and most responsible plan for the 2020 Revoice Conference.

Unfortunately, local authorities still have not released the relevant updates that we need in order to finalize a decision. However, as we have evaluated the situation, it seems clear to us that our in-person conference this summer is very unlikely to go forward. Thus, we are announcing a live-streamed virtual conference option that will be available regardless of what happens regarding the in-person conference, July 23-25. Pricing for virtual conference registration will start at $39.

We have condensed and adjusted our current conference schedule to optimize it for live viewing online, but you will still have the opportunity to hear from over 30 speakers, including worship services and a variety of seminar talks and testimonies over the course of 3 days. The conference will begin Thursday evening, July 23, and conclude on Saturday evening, July 25, with every moment of teaching and worship available for streaming online. If you aren’t able to watch the programming live, it will be available for registered participants to watch on-demand for up to a week after the conference ends. We plan to post a more detailed schedule of our virtual conference programming very soon.

At this time, if you still wish to register for the in-person conference, you may do so. However, please keep in mind that full refunds will only be available through June 5, and partial refunds will only be available through June 30.

Tickets for the Revoice20 Virtual Conference will go on sale soon. Keep an eye on our website and Revoice social media for the announcement.

Please continue to join us in prayer for those who are on the frontlines fighting this virus, as well as for those who are in leadership crafting policy and making decisions. We are also praying for you during these uncertain times, and we look forward in great hope to the day when we are able to gather together once again—whenever that day will be!

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions about the new plans for Revoice20, and be on the lookout for more information coming soon!

Grace & peace,

The Revoice Team

Updated Friday, April 17, 2020

Hello friends,

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to offer an update on our plans for the 2020 Revoice Conference.

Over the past several weeks, our staff team has been discussing a variety of different scenarios for our 2020 Conference, which is currently scheduled for July 22–25 at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel here in St. Louis. The health and safety of Revoice attendees, volunteers, and speakers—as well as our local communities—is our primary focus as we determine how best to fulfill the mission of Revoice this year.

As the situation continues to develop rapidly, we are paying close attention to the guidance of our health and government officials, at the local, state, and national levels. While stay-at-home and gathering restriction orders are currently in effect, we anticipate updates to the status of these orders by the end of the month. Once we have these updates, we will finalize and announce the best and most responsible plan for the 2020 Revoice Conference. We encourage you to stay connected with us via our mailing list and social media accounts over the coming weeks and months.

We remain hopeful that, for the third summer in a row, we will be able to gather here in St. Louis to worship, fellowship, learn, and grow together.

Please join us in prayer for those who are on the frontlines fighting this virus, as well as for those who are in leadership crafting policy and making decisions. We are also praying for all of you during these uncertain times, and we look forward in great hope to the day when social distancing is behind us and we can gather together once again!

Grace & peace,

The Revoice Team
