Conference Rate: $109/night
We are committed to making Revoice21 as safe as possible for everybody who participates in-person at the conference. For this reason, we will take a number of precautions to ensure the health and safety of all attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers.
Everybody who is present at the conference will be asked when they check in at the registration desk whether they satisfy at least one of the following conditions (we won’t ask which one):
- Already had COVID-19
- Received one of the COVID-19 vaccines
- Received a negative COVID-19 test result within the past 72 hours
- Have self-quarantined for the past 10 days
We understand that a variety of circumstances might prevent some people from being able to meet any of these criteria. Please reach out to us with any specific concerns you might have.
We will also adhere to all local and CDC health guidelines that are in effect at the time of the event, and will communicate additional requirements that conference attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers might need to adhere to later this summer as the event draws near.
In order to promote community and to provide opportunities for fellowship, outdoor tents with tables and chairs will be set up in the church parking lot, and local food trucks will be present where attendees can purchase their meals. This will take place for lunch on Friday, as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday during the conference.
Yes! We have secured room blocks at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson, WoodSpring Suites Dallas Plano, and the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen. All three are within a 5-minute drive from Chase Oaks Church, Legacy Campus. When you call to make your reservation, mention that you’re with the “Revoice Conference” group.
Although programming at Revoice is primarily directed towards adults, high school aged children who might have questions about their sexuality could easily benefit from the experience of attending the conference, accompanied by at least one parent or other adult family member.
Yes! We will handle registration for virtual attendance at Revoice21 via a separate registration process. Stay tuned for more information!
We are not offering refunds for registrations. If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact us at info (@) revoice.us.
Yes! Although most of the programming will be directed primarily to sexual minorities, we value the presence and support of straight pastors and family members of sexual minorities, as well as anybody else who wants to learn more from sexual minorities and their experience. Together we are all united in our desire to grow in holiness and understanding of our faith.
